It has been several months since I and my family set foot on this beautiful country of Malaysia. I’ve seen some of the sites: Batu Caves, Port Dickson, Eye on Malaysia in Titiwangsa, Lake Gardens in the heart of KL, and sites one can see from the Wangsa Maju to University-Kelana Jaya LRT. I see the spectacular Petronas Twin Towers everyday, but haven’t been to the bridge yet.
We were likened to be like Moses of the Old Testament. Leaving one’s precious home called Baguio City up in the mountains of Cordillera. Comforts has to be given up. I changed profession to go back to being a university student. The wearing of bonnett and long sleeves was a total change of ward robe to carrying an umbrella (to protect you from the hot rays of the sun) and wearing light thin apparels .
My daughter has enjoyed going to a home school (like an ACE curriculum in the Philipines). Instead of her learning new words she teaches her friends Tagalog. Her Chinese classmates would greet me “Kamusta ka, auntie? Paalam.”
My other half loves it here… he has the influence and enjoys it very much.
This is me…… you will learn more ABOUT ME as I fill in pages of this blog.
